Sawfa is a free Android app that keeps the posts, videos and articles you share to it, and reminds you later the same day. The reminder keeps coming back until you open the link or clear it.

Saving is easy. Coming back is the hard part.
Every app has a save button, and every save folder fills up quietly. Read-later apps send one reminder, and once you swipe it away, it doesn't come back.
Sawfa treats a swiped-away reminder as "not now", not "done".
How it works
14:05
Share it to Sawfa
In any app, tap Share and pick Sawfa. You stay where you are.
17:05
Get reminded later
A few hours later, a reminder shows the title and picture.
Swiped it away? It comes back at 19:05.
19:40
Open it or clear it
Tap to open it in its own app, or tap Clear if you're done.
22:00:Quiet hours until 08:00
Made to come back
Swiping away isn't the end
A dismissed reminder returns later, a little further apart each time. After a week, reminders stop and the link waits in your Queue.
Quiet when you are
No reminders between 22:00 and 08:00, or whatever hours you choose.
Previews you recognize
Each link shows its title, picture and where it's from, so you know what it was at a glance.
Clear many at once
Select several links, or clear everything from one app. You get a few seconds to undo.
Your links stay on your phone.
No account, no server, no analytics, no ads. Sawfa never sends us what you save.
Stays on your phone
- The links you save
- Their titles and pictures
- Your history and settings
- Not copied to cloud backups
Leaves your phone
Requests to the link's own site and to the servers its picture comes from, to load the title and picture, as a browser would.
Nothing is sent to us or to any analytics or ad service.
Saving and reminders work without a connection.
Questions
Is Sawfa free?
Yes. There are no ads and no in-app purchases.
Which apps can I save from?
Any app that can share a link through Android's Share button: video apps, social apps, news apps and your browser.
What if I swipe a reminder away?
It comes back later. A link only leaves your Queue when you open it or clear it. After a week, reminders stop and the link waits in your Queue until you decide.
Will it remind me at night?
No. Quiet hours are 22:00 to 08:00 by default, and you can change them or turn them off in Settings. A reminder due in quiet hours moves to earlier that evening or to the next morning.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no account and no sign-in. Everything you save stays in Sawfa on your phone.
What happens when I get a new phone?
Your links stay on the old phone. Sawfa doesn't copy them to cloud backups or to a new device, so nothing about them is stored anywhere else.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not at the moment. Sawfa is for Android 8.0 and later.
What does "Sawfa" mean?
Sawfa (سوف) is the Arabic word for "will", as in something that will happen later.
